No. We don't touch your books, your tax prep, or your accounting. SMB Integrator is pure knowledge transfer and integration — we capture proven profitable processes out of your head and turn them into protocols your team or an AI agent can run. If you need a bookkeeper, we'll happily refer one.

Design is capturing the protocol — the written, versioned ProfitFlow that specifies exactly how a process should run. Implementation is the technical build work to make that protocol actually execute — wiring up CRMs, deploying agents, training a team, integrating systems. Design is $2,500/mo with 10 hours of Implementation bundled in. Anything beyond runs at $500/hr.

You can request as many ProfitFlows as you want in a month. The constraint is the queue — we work one active design at a time, so quality stays high and nothing ships half-built. In practice most owners work through 2–4 ProfitFlows per month depending on complexity. No extra fees.

No. The ProfitFlow is useful the day it's delivered, whether it runs on a human or an agent. If you're not ready for AI, your team runs it — and your business is already more delegatable, more auditable, and more valuable. When you are ready, the same ProfitFlow deploys as an agent with no rewrite.

You do. Every ProfitFlow is your IP — versioned, protected, and fully transferable. If you ever leave the service, the protocols stay with your business. That's the whole point: you're accumulating an asset, not renting a tool.

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. The Snapshot is a one-time $500 and its cost is credited toward your first month of Design if you choose to continue. Implementation hours are tracked transparently and billed monthly — no retainer, no minimum.

The diagnostic happens in week one. Your first ProfitFlow is written, proven, and delegated by end of month one. By month three, three to six processes that used to live in your head are running without you. By month twelve, you have a library of 12+ protected protocols.

We deploy on Anthropic Managed Agents — human-in-the-loop, audited, with the client retaining full ownership of every protocol and execution log. We are not a wrapper. The ProfitFlow spec is portable; if you ever want to run it on a different platform, the spec moves with you.

Then we don't capture them. SMB Integrator only extracts proven profitable processes — the ones already making money. Process extraction is not process design. If you need help finding what works, that's a different engagement and not our service.
