REFGlossary
The vocabulary we use.
Every term we use, defined plainly. If we say it in a meeting, on the site, or in a ProfitFlow, it's here.
ProfitFlow
Defined Term
- A written, versioned, measurable blueprint for a single proven profitable process in a small business. Specifies trigger, inputs, owner, SLA, success metric, and ordered steps at a granularity sufficient for either a human team member or an autonomous AI agent to execute. Created by SMB Integrator's OWNABLE Extraction Method. The client owns every ProfitFlow as IP.
OWNABLE OS
Defined Term
- A four-engine operating system framework for $500K–$10M small businesses. The engines are Financial (literacy of the numbers), Profit (the Acquire / Activate / Ascend revenue motions), Value (the fulfillment backbone), and Workforce (roles, ratios, rhythms, accountability). The principle: a business is four engines, not a hundred moving parts.
OWNABLE Extraction Method
Defined Term
- The five-phase process — Discover, Document, Protect, Prove, Delegate — that moves a proven profitable process out of the owner's head and into a ProfitFlow the business can run without them. Designed to produce artifacts that are simultaneously human-delegatable and agent-deployable with no rewrite.
OWNABLE Snapshot
Defined Term
- A $500 one-time diagnostic engagement that maps where a business currently leaks (Time, Stress, Wealth, Capital, or Exit Tax) and outputs a prioritized list of ProfitFlows worth designing. The Snapshot fee is credited toward the first month of ProfitFlow Design.
TDV Score
Defined Term
- A three-axis rating produced by the OWNABLE Assessment: how Transferable, Durable, and Valuable a business is independent of its owner. The score reads as a real-money proxy for what a buyer would pay versus what an owner-dependent operation discounts to.
Profit Engine
Defined Term
- One of the four OWNABLE OS engines. Covers the three throughput motions that turn attention into revenue — Acquire (filling top-of-funnel), Activate (converting to first transaction), and Ascend (expanding lifetime value). Documented as repeatable sequences, not hero moves only the owner can pull off.
Value Engine
Defined Term
- The fulfillment backbone — the system that delivers what the Profit Engine sold. Scoped, measured, and boringly consistent so the customer promise shows up the same way every time. Distinct from quality-assurance theater: it's the operational protocol that makes consistency a property of the system, not the owner.
Implementation Hours
Defined Term
- The technical build work that turns a ProfitFlow from a written protocol into a running system: CRM wiring, agent configuration and deployment, third-party integrations, team training, custom automations. Billed at $500 / hour with no retainer; the first 10 hours per month are bundled with ProfitFlow Design.
OWNABLE Integrator
Defined Term
- A certified franchise operator who runs a territory of 50–200 SMB accounts using SMB Integrator's playbooks, software, brand, and (starting 2026) deployable AI-agent portfolio. Revenue share from day one. Certification body: ILTEM.
